Registration Policies
Registration fees include training materials and admission to all educational sessions. Continuing education credits for entry-level and master-level Certified Health Education Specialists (CHES/MCHES) are available.
Cancellations: Refund Requests must be received in writing. All cancellations will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for any reason after September 21, 2017.
Substitutions: Substitutions are allowed at any time provided that they are of the same category and submitted in writing to the national SOPHE office.
Pricing:
Professional SOPHE Member: $305
Professional Non-member: $450 ($5 discount if new membership and professional member registration are purchased)
Student SOPHE Member: $195
Student Non-member: $275 ($5 discount if student membership and student member registration are purchased)
CHES Exam Registration
Register to sit for the CHES Exam during the Advocacy Summit through the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing. All questions regarding the CHES Exam should be directed to NCHEC. The CHES Exam will be held the morning of October 21, 2017.
