SCRIPT® Provider Workshop (Half Day)

This half-day workshop focuses on conducting a SCRIPT® counseling session with a pregnant smoker. The training covers how to routinely screen pregnant women for tobacco use, how to use the SCRIPT® materials in a counseling session and how to follow up with patients.
Adopting SCRIPT® in your Organization Training (Full Day)
8:30 am - 5:00 pm
This full day workshop for health professionals provides skills on how to implement the SCRIPT program as part of routine care within their organization. The workshop offers a comprehensive, systems approach to improve quality of care, evaluate success and quality improvement strategies.
Participants in the SCRIPT® Training Workshop, will walk away knowing how to:
- Routinely screen pregnant women for tobacco use
- Conduct a SCRIPT® counseling session based on the 5As
- Train staff at your organization.
